Fresh snow is falling on Mt. Hood this morning and conditions are lining up for an incredible day on the mountain! A low pressure system is spinning overhead bringing light to moderate snowfall, calm winds, and chilly temps in the teens. Around 4 inches of fresh snow has fallen in the past 12 hours with a couple more inches expected before skies gradually clear for sun breaks later today. Highs will stay in the 20s with very light winds, creating soft packed powder conditions across Mt. Hood Meadows and surrounding resorts.
